Q: How much is your service call?
A: During normal business hours, our service call is $69.

Q: How much do you charge for a new system?
A: Each home needs to be assessed prior to quoting a new system so that we may accurately determine each client's comfort needs. In home estimates are free of charge!

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes! We offer financing for all new systems. 

Q: What's that burning smell?
A: During the fall and winter months, turning on the heat for the first time can create a burning smell due to dust being on the heat strips. However, anytime you smell burning, please do not hesitate to call us.

Q: Do you work on water heaters?
A: No. At this time, we do not work on water heaters, window units, or automotive a/c units.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are in the Craytonville area of Belton, SC behind Clinkscales Garage off Hwy 252.
